ST. THOMAS ITINERARY

Day 1
Arrive St Thomas and proceed to Crown Bay Marina just minutes away. Board your yacht and as you settle in, get underway for Jost Van Dyke in the British Virgin Islands with lunch underway on the sun deck. Anchor in Great Harbor and as the Captain clears customs and immigration, take a stroll along the beach and maybe try one of Foxy's famous painkillers. Later just relax aboard or take the tender to White Bay to swim or snorkel or to just lie on the white sand.

Day 2
After breakfast, cruise to Monkey Point off of Guana Island to swim in a river of small fish, relax and have lunch. After lunch, cruise several hours to Peter Island. Choose between anchoring in Great Harbor away from it all or docking at the Peter Island Yacht Harbor and being able to come and go as you please on walks or hikes around the Island.

Day 3

From Peter Island some guests like to ride over to Road Town on Tortola and explore the little town and visit some of the local shops. After lunch, take a ride up Sir Francis Drake Channel to Spanish Town on Virgin Gorda. Here choose between anchoring and taking the tender ashore or docking at the Virgin Gorda Yacht Harbor.

Day 4
Get an early start to The Baths, the most interesting and one of the most beautiful spots in the Virgins. Here enjoy several gorgeous beaches and snorkel or swim among the giant boulders at the water's edge. Lunch underway as you move effortlessly toward Norman Island where more snorkeling among fish at the caves awaits. Enjoy another dinner under the stars at this peaceful anchorage.

Day 5
From Norman Island cruise past Sopers Hole at the West End of Tortola on your way to one of the smallest and most beautiful beaches anywhere -- Sandy Cay off Little Jost. Relax, swim, walk on the beach, or just enjoy the view from on board as you anticipate another fabulous lunch from the yacht's galley. After lunch, cruise a couple of hours watching these beautiful islands glide past as you head for Gorda Sound on top of Virgin Gorda. Cocktails on the hill overlooking your yacht in the sound with views of the ocean behind you as the sun sets is a pretty nice way to end another great day.

Day 6
We find most guests like to spend the day in Gorda Sound with all there is to do there. It seems there is something for everyone , sailing, jet skis, waterskiing, diving, hiking. enjoying a number of beaches, snorkeling the reefs, or just reading a good book while everyone else does their own thing.




Day 7
We get an early start and enjoy a nice long ride with breakfast underway as we head for Caneel Bay on St. John. Here we can explore Cruz Bay after a quick visit to clear back into U.S. waters. After everyone returns, swim off of the great beaches at Caneel Bay or take one more short ride to Francis Bay to be surrounded by the hills and beauty of St. John National Park.

Morning finds us all a little quiet as we prepare to say goodbye to new friends and cruise back to St. Thomas and waiting airplanes. Hope you all had a great time!

ST. MARTIN ITINERARY


Day 1

Boarding at Noon at St. Martin. After lunch, you will immediately get underway for Anguilla. Afternoon passage to Anguilla, which offers some of the best snorkeling in northern part of the East Caribbean. Evening anchorage off the resort of Cap Jaluca.

Days 2 and 3
After a casual morning, we make the short trip out to Ile Fourche for lunch. This island offers some great views, some good mountain scrambling and good snorkeling. The afternoon offers two choices: a day trip out to Prickly Pear Cays (7 miles) for lunch and snorkeling or a taxi tour up to the northern portion of the island for some excellent reef diving. There is a lovely anchorage at Crocus Bay (7 miles). from which you can take a quick run down the Anguilla channel to the lovely anchorage on Anguilla's southwestern tip, Cove Bay for lunch (I5 miles). After a quick swim, we will proceed to Road Bay (10 miles). This large, protected anchorage features several local beach restaurants and bars. Anguilla is also the home of some very exclusive resorts that feature gourmet restaurants. Later afternoon head to St. Bart's for the evening.

Day 4
Gustavia is the lovely backdrop of this quaint anchorage. Local bars and bistros abound, including an obligatory stop for a cheeseburgerer in paradise" at Le Select. St. Barth' s also offers many other excellent restaurants with a wide variety of cuisines. Some of the better resorts are the Guanahani, Le Toiny and Manapany. A variety of watersports are available here including diving, water-skiing and sailboarding.

Day 5
A short run over to the south end of St. Barths (4 miles) for a lunch stop at Anse du Gouverneur, a beautiful white sand beach where it is not unusual to observe worshippers working on an all over tan. We then end the day at the lovely anchorage on the northwest corner of the island at Anse de Columbier (6 miles). This bay features a perfect beach, excellent snorkeling and short walking trails for exercise.

Day 6
Saba is a volcanic island with some excellent deep diving. This dive site is for experts only, as there is a very interesting underwater sea wall. The currents are very strong, therefore the dive will be arranged with a local Divemaster as a rendezvous dive. A late lunch aboard and late-afternoon passage to St. Bart's. You may opt to either anchor off or take dockage in Gustavia in order to better position yourself for St. Bart's night life You might also opt to head south to St. Kitts and Nevis.

Day 7
The historic island of St. Eustatius, known as Statis (25 miles). This is perhaps the sleepiest island in the Leewards and has never recovered from the "sacking" of the port administered by Admiral Rodney. This Dutch island of 1600 inhabitants of unparalleled peace and tranquillity. If there are any scuba divers aboard, Statis offers some excellent dives. Local shopping and tours are easily accomplished on this small but charming island. A quick run down to Major's Bay, St. Christopher known as St. Kitts (4 miles) on the southern tip of the island for lunch, and then off on another passage to Nevis. Nevis has enjoyed recent growth in tourist activity and accommodations, particularly with the new Four Seasons Hotel, but still retains a very relaxed atmosphere. The Four Seasons property also has an exceptional golf course. There is a dinghy dock right at their beach for your boarding. There is shopping for handicrafts and batiks, local street markets, and excellent restaurants, which all provide interesting diversions. A 1/2 to 2 hour taxi tour will allow the visitor to cover the whole island. Nevls is the site of the the ruins of many old sugar plantations, old churches dating back to the 1700's and in use today, and is the birthplace of Alexander Hamilton.

Early morning departure from Nevis to return to St. Martin.

GRENADINES ITINERARY


Day 1
Set sail for Hog Island or the quaint capital of Grenada, St.Georges. Take a walk along the Carenage, itself an ancient volcanic crater. Pick up some gifts, and later enjoy your first meal on board.

Day 2
Sleep in, or relax on deck and enjoy an exhilarating day sailing to Tyrrel Bay, on the island of Carriacou, a volcanic peak created 26 to 36 million years ago. While cruising 20 miles up the leeward west shore of Grenada, accompanied by the nutmeg-scented tradewinds, the crew is at your service. A brisk 10 mile passage from the north-west shore of Grenada past Diamond rock, and Ille de Ronde, to Carriacou makes the first drink at one of the local rum shops taste even better! Anchor amongst the local fishing boats and trading schooners that still ply their trade under sail today. Enjoy a stroll and a swim off the beach. Another spectacular meal prepared on board from local fish caught while you were on the passage from Grenada.

Day 3
Swim at Sandy Island, a flawless sandy spit with no more than half a dozen palm trees. Pelicans perform aquabatics around your yacht as you enjoy breakfast. Dive the reef, before visiting Hillsborough. Cruise over to Petit St. Vincent and anchor behind the reef to the north east of the island, or anchor between PSV and Petite Martinique for the night. The crew can bring you ashore for an excellent meal at the exclusive hotel on PSV.

Day 4
The dramatic peaks of Union Island, the Caribbean equivalent of Chamonix, are a short down-wind sail away. Enter Clifton Harbour, protected by the extensive Thompson reef and complete check-in formalities for St. Vincent territory.

A stone's throw away lies Palm Island, where the golden sands of Casuarinas beach will lure you into the turquoise waters once more. Set sail for palm-lined Saltwhistle Bay on the north west shore of Mayreau. Snorkel the reef on Grand Col Point. Hidden behind the pristine beach and palms of Saltwhistle, nestles a fine resort where you can enjoy dinner Flintstone-style on rock tables.

Day 5
Take an early morning stroll to the top of Mayreau and enjoy the magnificent views of the Tobago cays and surrounding islands. Navigate the channel to the Tobago Cays under the midday sunlight. Horseshoe reef offers limitless snorkeling and some fine drift dives. Marvel at the kaleidoscope of colours surrounding you. Dine aboard under the stars, safe in the knowledge that you are in one of the most spectacular anchorages on earth.

Day 6
Set sail for chic Mustique, navigate clear of Montezumas shoal, and moor in Britannia bay. Tour by foot, taxi, or horseback past the homes of the rich and famous. Take a swim off the secluded beaches of Macaroni or Sandy Bay. Step back a century when taking afternoon tea at the Cotton house. Keep an eye out for celebrity residents ­ Mick Jagger, David Bowie and Princess Margaret all have homes here. Sail over to the southwestern tip of Bequia, past Petit Nevis and carve to windward in the flat waters of Admiralty Bay. Soak up the friendly, bustling atmosphere ashore, with an excellent meal at one of the many restaurants.

Snorkel the reef off Princess Margaret's beach or dive the wall at Devil's Table or the deep waters of Moon Hole. Heading South again, set your course for the west side of Union Island. Chatham Bay is your destination, a beautiful deserted bay surrounded by hills. Watch the local fisherman purse-seining whilst you light the BBQ for some of their catch.

Day 7
Sail back to cosmopolitan Clifton Harbour to check out of St. Vincent territory, One last passage to Grenada and overnight at Prickly Bay, a large tranquil bay on the south coast of Grenada. Enjoy exclusive dining at one of the best restaurants on the island, or choose from many other restaurants ashore. Dance the night away to the local sounds of the steel pan band at the Boatyard. A short leisurely sail brings you back around to True Blue Bay Marina for a noon finish.
